Why Finance A New Roof

Many people work hard for the limited money they earn. When an unexpected need arises (like a new roof replacement) that requires more of your hard won money, why would you want to go ahead and finance such an endeavor?

Reasons To Finance A New Roof

1) Your roof damage isn’t going to magically repair itself.

As a matter of fact, your roof will only get worse. If you have:

· Brown spots

· Water marks

· Damp drywall

· Any visible ceiling or wall water damage

These things will only continue to get worse as time goes on. It’s a cruel card but, Mother Nature doesn’t care that you can’t afford it, she will sometimes relentlessly bring the:

· Water

· Snow

· Hail

· Wind

Which will cost you money. Now is the time financing a new roof, and stopping the damage from occurring in your home.

2) Sometimes you can’t see the damage and the need for roof repair or roof replacement.

Water enters the shape of any vessel it occupies (thanks Mr. Stimey Duncan for the education). That includes:

· Cracks in your roof

· Under shingles

· Wood damaged areas

· Running along the underside of you decking

· OR especially low points in your attic

Often, it’s too hard or dangerous for the average homeowner to even see, let alone accurately diagnose the condition of a roof that doesn’t’ show obvious signs of water damage.

Now is the time to stop the water from taking more of the shape of your home. If you don’t know where water has moved:

· Along your roof

· Down your decking

· In your attic

You should call a professional to come look.

Most roofing contractors…ones like True Line Roofing …provide Complimentary:

· Inspections

· Estimates

· Consultations

Often, but not always, their findings can show the need for roof repair or even new roof replacement. If so, and you don’t have the money, then barring a loan from grandaddy, financing is your best option.

3) Roof Replacement Pricing

The cost of living goes up at least every year! Everyone pays for:

· Goods

· Services

Both are required to live these days, and if the current economic climate is any indication, both of those needs will continue to increase in cost. That includes:

· Decking

· Underlayment

· Shingles

· Metal panels

· Nails and screws

· Ridge vent or cap

· Various vents and heat pipes

· Or any other roofing materials

Your new roof will ONLY get more expensive. Locking in the cost of your roof replacement can happen right now if you can sign a contract which places your pricing in concrete. This also pressures a roofing contractor near you to get it done for the price they quoted. With a Home Improvement Finance Loan ensures that:

· Not only do you lock in the price

· But you lock in a shorter time till you can have a homeowners peace of mind

· Set up low monthly payment

So, you can see, now is the time to finance a new roof replacement.

· Mother Nature’s not gonna stop

· Sometimes you can’t see the damage till it’s too late

· You can lock in your low monthly payment at a set principle price

Don’t spend the next weather event scare to death. Call a roofing contractor near you and see what financing options are available.
